FREE FLOWING® active ZnO

Following major research and in a bid to meet our customers' changing needs, we have developed active grade FREE FLOWING® zinc oxide. This grade does not produce dust and disperses especially well in EPDM.

Bearing in mind the technical constraints of users, we manufacture this product (Active zinc oxide FREE FLOWING®) without additives. This allows easy conversion from existing formulations.

As well as the usual benefits of active grades, FREE FLOWING® Active also has the following characteristics:
• excellent flow
• excellent dispersion
• better resistance to ageing of rubber
• reduced caking during injection
• utilisation rate similar to predispersed products
