We develop commercial and technical synergies between the various companies within the group in a bid to enhance our performance and position ourselves as a key global player.

To consolidate our activities we are constantly seeking to develop new partnerships and acquire fresh shareholdings or companies.

• SILOX is the group's parent company. At our plant in Engis, near Liège, we manufacture sulphur dioxide, zinc oxides, and sodium hydrosulphite-based reducing agents.
  
• HTCI is our Canadian subsidiary, located near to Quebec City. It also produces zinc oxides and sodium hydrosulphite-based reducing agents.
  
• TSIL has four plants in western India producing zinc dust, zinc oxides, sodium hydrosulphite-based reducing agents, sulphur dioxide and sodium/zinc sulphoxylates.
  
• SNCZ, at Bouchain in Northern France manufactures a comprehensive range of anti-corrosion pigments - in particular zinc phosphates and strontium chromates.
  
• JGI based in Brussels specialises in international trade in residues containing non-ferrous metals. 
  
• Hydrometal, an industrial subsidiary of JGI, recycles complex residues of non-ferrous metals using hydrometallurgy at its Engis plant near Liège.
  
• Metals & Residues, another JGI subsidiary, located near Amsterdam, specialises in international trade in residues containing non-ferrous metals.
  
• SILOX UK is responsible for sales in the UK and Northern Europe. This is also the base for our Technical Service Team specialising in reducing and bleaching agents.
